This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from third parties. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security, for a limited period.

If you email or phone us

• What we collect: your name, contact details and whatever you tell us.
• Why: to reply to you and, if you're a landlord or managing agent, to discuss our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps before entering into a contract.
• How long: enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months.

How we process vehicle and keeper data for parking management is explained in our separate parking privacy notice, which will be published here before we begin operating any site.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data. We use trusted providers (for example email and hosting) who process data on our behalf under contract.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@wtsparking.co.uk. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
